Meet Pam Turner

Briefly describe how you help people through your business.

I help clients understand how Medicare works and find the absolute best supplement plan solution for them.  I give ongoing support including a yearly plan review, which helps avoid surprises when there are unexpected changes.

Who are your ideal clients?

My ideal clients are tech savvy women who love doing business online or over the phone.  While they appreciate the technology that helps me do my job, they prefer to get help when it comes to understanding insurance.  They don’t want to research Medicare and would rather consult with me for free to explain how it works.

How do you help people?

I take the confusion out of Medicare and supplement plans, by explaining it in the simplest, most down-to-earth way possible.  I help them pinpoint their specific needs so they can choose the best coverage without being overwhelmed.

What is your typical day like?

I work at home from 9-5.  During that time I check my calendar for scheduled appointments with either new prospects or existing clients. I’m either teaching Medicare over the phone, troubleshooting with an existing client, communicating via email, or working on marketing.

What makes your business so much fun?

My absolute favorite moment is when I hear that “ahhh” sound, when the lightbulb turns on and they understand how it all works.  I love hearing all the thank you’s – how they are so relieved to be done, and how I made everything easy for them.

Which feature of The Celestial Circle do you like best and why?

Probably the Q & A call.  It feels like a ladies mastermind.  So much support, help, and brainstorming.

Why did you join The Celestial Circle?

The camaraderie, support, and marketing motivation.

What results have you experienced from being in The Celestial Circle?

Better mindset and motivation.  Even though not marketing related, I have hired a bookkeeper and now the finances of my business are tracked and up to date, which has never been the case.  This is a direct result of the inspiration of this group of ladies.

How important is The Celestial Circle community? Other Celestial Circle sisters?

It’s so important to have a community of like minded women, to share and learn from.
