I help women heal their relationship with food, their bodies and fall in love with a healthy life.
Who are your ideal clients? Who do you heal or help?
I help women who spent their lives caring for other and are finally ready to prioritize themselves.
How do you help people?
My Women Health Circles provide guidance, inspiration, support and community to integrate healthy changes for life.
What is your typical day like?
I love that my own healthy daily practices are shared with the world; it inspires me to inspire others. I share my daily walks, my meals and my healthy rituals. My life and my work intertwine in beautiful ways.
What makes your business so much fun?
Living healthy is so much fun! When your body, mind, soul are nurtured and nourished, joy just bubbles up and enters every aspect of your life.
Which feature of The Celestial Circle do you like best and why?
Study Hall! It really helps me be structured and productive all month long.
Why did you join The Celestial Circle?
I love the work I do, but it can feel isolating to run an online business. I wanted a community that will help me feel supported, and give me structure and inspiration.
What results have you experienced from being in The Celestial Circle?
I am being much more productive and strategic, I have better follow-up methods with clients and potential clients, and I have been growing my mailing list.
How important is The Celestial Circle community? Other Celestial Circle sisters?
It makes a huge difference to be part of this community, I feel more inspired and connected and that really helps me with eliminating resistance and procrastination.
