What is your typical day like?
Every day is different in my world, but typically I have appointments set with the various clients – Life Design, Career Transition, or Resume Development. We spend generally an hour in each appointment.
I may meet in-person with some clients, via Zoom, or over the phone, where we typically will spend an hour reviewing their resume and where they are in their job search; or Life Design clients review their accomplishments, discuss and plan how to handle their current challenge / goal.
I make follow-up calls and emails to schedule appointments with the Career Transition people whom I’m assigned through the outplacement services company.
During the day, I post or schedule posts on social media and research articles.
For the Career Transition & Coaching clients, I am often reviewing and editing their resumes, bios and LinkedIn to bring them up to current day standards. Sometimes the clients want me to update their LinkedIn profile and then bring them up to speed on how to use LinkedIn.
I work on the monthly challenge for The Celestial Circle depending on the challenge.
I am blessed to work from my home office most of the time and that I can create a flexible schedule to fit my needs.
Several times a month, I volunteer on various Boards of Directors or Organization Committees.
